Change of Address:

Return Policy

If you would like to request a return, please follow these steps:
To initiate a return, please email us to support@codale.net with your order number and reason for return. Kindly attach photos of the item(s) you wish to return. We will confirm your necessary information within 2 business days.
Returns due to product quality issues or shipping damage.
- Step 1: Send a video/picture of your product's damage or malfunction.
- Step 2: After you follow our instructional video and demonstrate that the problem cannot be resolved due to a machine malfunction, we will bear all return and replacement shipping costs.
Eligibility:
We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your product.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging and condition.
Regarding Shipping Fees:
- Order cancellation requested before shipment:
Cancellation is free of charge, and return shipping fees are not incurred.
- Order cancellation requested after shipment:
Orders cannot be canceled after shipment. If you no longer need the item, you can apply for a return after receiving it.
If the return is due to your personal reasons, you should bear the shipping fee. The specific fee depends on the courier company you choose.
If the return is due to product issues, shipping problems, or other non-artificial reasons that result in damage to the goods you receive or inaccurate information, you do not need to bear the resulting shipping costs.

Returns must be sent to the address specified in the email address confirmed by our customer service team.
If your return is accepted, we will email you instructions on how to ship your package. You can then choose any logistics provider to ship your item to us.
Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted. Please contact us to confirm the return address and method before shipping your item.

Regarding Partial Refunds
We will only accept partial refunds for any items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts, not due to our fault.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 24 hours. The time it takes for your refund to appear in your account depends on your bank's processing time.

Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
Warranty Policy

We sincerely want to ensure you have a satisfying experience when using and purchasing our products.
All our products come with a 12-month warranty.
If you have any issues with your product, please contact support@codale.net to initiate the warranty claim process.
Our team will work with you to find the right solutions to the problem and the best fixes.
If your product experiences any damage due to parts quality issues, Codale will send you the appropriate replacement parts for repair or replace the machine with a new one.
However, damage caused by human error is not covered.
Important note:
The manufacturer's warranty does not apply to products purchased second-hand, such as those purchased on eBay or Amazon, and the warranty is non-transferable.
